Review and management with areas of the company to complete and update compliance with the requirements of existing and potential clients.li>Purchase price analysis (PPI) to generate corporate (SCM) and local (Comptroller and Pricing) reports. Make calls to customers and suppliers.Analysis of items with discrepancies in purchase prices vs. last year in the POL and its correction. Full trackingConsolidation of freight payment information for analysis and generation of corporate and local reports.Factor calculation for freight recovery; considering the gross sales of the immediately preceding month and the freight paid to the freight company that delivers the finished product (Freight Recovery).Prepare, send and control all the documentation of the commercial area regarding tables of incentives, expense policy, code of ethics, responsive car letters and related documentationSupport and control the monthly budgets of the sales and territory managers, ensuring that the company's sales reports are correct.Responsible for the control of commercial documentation and customer sales agreements: rebate letters.
