As Head of Sales you will build a high-performing global B2B SaaS sales team from the ground up, and and take us to next stage sales figures. You will work closely with Founders and leadership team to implement highly effective sales processes that evolve as the organization grows into new countries and business lines, and manage a dynamic and high-growth sales team, starting from a deep understanding of customer needs and how tech organizations scale. You’ll thrive in this role if you have led early-stage sales teams, you have a proven track record of leadership in sales and strategic intuition for designing and running sales organizations. You are a natural and charismatic sales person, a compelling leader that aligns teams towards our vision and objectives, you are results-driven, you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being scrappy, you enjoy having deep knowledge of our customer journey to deliver more and better solutions to clients and employees across multiple countries, and you have an entrepreneurial and ‘builder’ mindset. Key responsibilities:•Lead strategy and execution to build a high performing sales team - from sales development to customer implementation and success •Define and implement sales pipelines, sales quotas, sales commissions, and identify and track key sales metrics •Segment customer profiles and build sales strategies for each customer type •Work with Product, Marketing and Operations to identify opportunities to improve customer experience •Understand our customer relationships to deeply understand customer journey & process and develop a sales process that serves their needs•Hire and manage top performing sales reps and build the sales org from the ground up•Implement sales processes that are effective for each stage of growth•Oversee sales content and materials to ensure effectiveness and repeatability of our sales processes What you bring:•5+ years of sales experience, preferably in fast-growing technology companies and scaling early stage sales processes •Management experience leading sales rep teams and managing a team quota. Effective and trusted manager who can coach team members to reach sales goals •Prior experience as Account Executive, Sales Lead, Sales Manager at a tech company•A customer-centric mindset: you love designing and problem-solving keeping customers’ needs in mind •Proven track record of building sales organizations and teams at fast growing tech companies•Experience establishing sales processes that are effective as the organization grows•Keen ability to identify talent and hire sales teams•High EQ to create a competitive but healthy sales culture: optimism, bias towards action and experimentation, collaboration•B2B Saas sales experience at a fast-growing tech startup highly preferredWhat we offer•The ability to build a global sales organization from ground up•Being part of a category-defining company that is changing how organizations hire globally •A highly strategic leadership seat at the table in creating a company that is re-defining how organizations hire around the world•Work from anywhere.
