As we have diversified our portfolio organically and inorganically, we are constantly adapting and leading the ever-changing market.As a Finance Senior Manager, you will be the business partner that co-leads/influences the Latam Stills category strategy and creates/maximizes value in the system, based on an integrated understanding of the business, while boosting people’s experience. What You’ll Do for Us Lead franchise relationships with Mexican Bottlers & Jugos Del Valle Finance teams to support Stills business alignment.Support business transformation initiatives ensuring the financial discipline as well as providing relevant input to the teams. The Stills Finance Sr Manager should become into a liaison between KO’s and Bottler’s Stills Finance teams. Partner with Category teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to accelerate portfolio opportunities for the Stills Business. Responsible for aligning internally (KO) and externally (Bottlers) on a given opportunity as well as the required investments to execute an initiative.Provide business performance perspective, assess key risks and opportunities, support financial valuations of plans/initiatives (acceleration plans, pricing initiatives, etc.) and work on sound projections (Long Range Plan, Business Plan, Rolling Estimate, Closing Estimates, among others).Contribute to boost people’s experience in the Stills Finance team, by sharing best practices, providing feedback and suggesting alternative working methods. Qualification & Requirements + 10 years of leadership experience in Finance in the following areas: Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partner, Head of Finance (for a Category/Market), Financial Analysis, Business Development+ 5 years of Massive Consumption Companies experience. Deep understanding of production, selling and distribution processes.Solid understanding of P&L dynamics, Financial Modeling, Value Chain Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Intelligence and ROI analysisAbility to build relations in a network organizationData driven, strong analytical skills Participate in a scrum team continuously delivering incremental high-quality code to productionGreat communication skills and stakeholder management What We Can Do For You Iconic & Innovative Brands: In our portfolio of over 250 products, we offer a variety of widely known & popular brands including Coca-Cola, Fanta, Tropical & Fresca.
